Deposit Requirement & Deadline
60% is required upon confirmation of reservation. The deposit is required at least four months before the arrival date.
Reservation is only confirmed upon receiving of deposit to our bank account in Phnom Penh.
All reservations are based on first-come-first-serve basis. For your information,
airline seat and hotel rooms in Siem Reap are limited. Space is especially limited for flights on December 29th, 30th 2001 and January 1th, 2th 2002.
Early bookings should be considered!

Cancellation Policy: The full deposit will be forfeited.

Check-in / Check-out time
The Hotel's official check-in time is 14:00 hours (GMT +7) and check-out time is 12:00 noon. on the day of departure.
The Hotel will make every effort to accommodate guests who arrive before 14:00 hours. A half day charge is applicable for late check-out until 18:00 hours.
Room occupied beyond 18:00 hours will be charged at full rate.
Late check-out is subject to room availability.
