Squirrel), with a foreign pilot, is waiting for departure. Around 07:00 AM

After landing you visit this
ancient place surrounded by lush forest. Koh Kehr has been founded as early as

over the reason for the foundation of Koh Kher. It was originally thought that
Jayavarman IV, the ruler who established the city, was a usurper.

the inscriptions however tend to suggest that Jayavarman IV was a legitimate
successor to the throne. You will visit the Rahal, the monumental pyramid, which
is 36 meter high and still intact. After passing the royal city you will visit
the northern monuments (Prasat Krachap, Prasat Banteay Pir Cham) and the
southern monuments ( Prasat Damrei, Ang Khana, Prasat Andong, Prasat Brak,

in 12th century when Preah Khan was home to both King Suryavarman II
