Location: On the Eastern fringes of the Ari Atoll, about 55 km from the airport. Transfer by sea plane from Male International Airport. The island is completely round with a diameter of about 330 m. Distance to the house reef about 30 - 50 m, to the outer reef 100 m.

It is the most famous dive resort in the Maldives, probably the best in the world. Ellaidhoo has an incredible house reef which has brought joy to thousands of divers and snorkelers. There is also a  ship-wreck in the reef which is a favorite of many, the ship is just of the house reef . Beautiful sea creatures like sharks, manta rays and turtles are seen at all times, - Diving and snorkeling in Ellaidhoo has a magic of its own! You will have to come here do believe it!

What is the island offering: White beaches and clear blue waters, lush
vegetation with shady palm trees in the interior of the island. Around the
island is a beautiful reef which is second to non, and a wreck just below
the edge of the house reef.

reception, island shop.

Accommodation: 50 specious air-conditioned rooms in 50 separate bungalows situated directly near the sea with telephone, mini bar, shower, w.c., sitting area in front of the bungalows. The superior room are larger, better furnished and have satellite TV

Sports & Leisure: Soccer, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, fishing, 
water-skiing, windsurfing, catamaran sailing, snorkeling. A well run 
Dive Base (Sub Aqua Germany) with instructions is also available on
