01 MANILA / LEYTE 
Transfer to the Manila Domestic Airport. Flight to Leyte via Philippine Airlines. Arrive in Leyte and transfer to Leyte Park Hotel. Tour of Leyte: San Juanico Bridge: the longest and most beautifully designed bridge in the Philippines; picturesque San Juanico Strait with a thousand whirlpools; lovely islets; picturesque views. Leyte Provincial Capitol: Built in 1907, it is the seat of the provincial government of Leyte. Historic viewing of murals depicting the First Christians in the Orient and Gen. Douglas Mac Arthur's landing; became the seat of the Commonwealth Government of the Philippines when Pres. Sergio Osmena, Sr. came in 1944 with the WW 2 Liberation Forces. Gen. Douglas Mac Arthur Landing Memorial: Monument marking the spot where Gen. MacArthur landed with the Liberation Forces; lagoon where the statues of the liberators; stand 1.5 times bigger than life-size; beautiful beach Leyte Gulf and Samar Island; 50'h Leyte Landing Anniversary Commemorative Rock Garden. Santo Nino Shrine and Heritage Museum: Paintings of the 14 Stations of the Cross done by Filipino artists, wooden bas-relief of the legend of the First Filipino man-woman; tastefully decorated guest-rooms of varied Filipino motifs; image of the Holy Child; a collection of original paintings by Fernando Amorsolo; spacious ballroom; priceless collector's items. CAP Building: Sturdy mansion where Gen. Mac Arthur put up his official headquarters and residence during the liberation of the Philippines in 1944. Overnight stay.

DAY 02 LEYTE / MARABUT 
Breakfast at hotel. After breakfast, depart for Marabut Marine Park Beach Resort. Lunch on the island. Spend the rest of the day swimming and relaxing. Overnight stay. 

DAY 03 LEYTE / MANILA 
Breakfast at the hotel. The morning will be spent at leisure. You can laze by the hotel's pool and take a stroll. Depart for the airport for the return flight to Manila.
