 Manila / Mount Pinatubo / Manila

DAY 01 MANILA /CLARK / MOUNT PINATUBO 
Depart Manila for Clark, the former US Military Base in a 4 Wheel Drive jeep. In June 1991, after 600 years of peace, Mount Pinatubo came to life and by September 1991 more than 40,000 houses had been destroyed and over 1,000 hectares of farming land wasted. This tour gives you a hands-on opportunity to view the result of the violent volcano eruption and see the desert of wasteland it has left behind. Whole villages are buried with just the steeple top to show where the village lies. Some buried beneath 20 meters of ashes and mud. Lava (lava/mud) flows have completely re-shaped the landscape forming towering Lava cliff walls which the locals now call their Mini Grand Canyon. 

Break at lunchtime so you can purchase a meal in town at one of the many fast food restaurants. After lunch continue with a visit to Watchtower 5 and a visit of the settlement towns and take a look at the Pasig-Potrero River. 

Return to Clark early evening where dinner is included in your overnight accommodation. ' Overnight at Holiday Inn Resort Clark Field. 

DAY 02 CLARK/ MANILA 
Buffet Breakfast is served in the hotel. Today is at leisure until your return drive to Manila departing mid-afternoon. There are many optional activities such as exploring Angeles City and its shops and markets or perhaps just to relax and enjoy the hotel facilities such as the pool. Arrive in Manila late in the afternoon.
