GOLF
The Philippines is a golfer's paradise-abundant with enticing greens blessed by perfect all-year round weather. With fairways and greens set against a breathtaking panorama, the country offers a wide choice of 57 popular championship golf courses, some of which are designed by leading golf personalities like Gary Player and Robert Trent Jones. Host to a number of prestigious Golf Tournaments such as the 1997 World Cup, the Philippines has complete golf facilities and amenities. Golfing greats have time and again tested our mettle ... because we do not promise just a game, but a memorable vacation as well.

SCUBA DIVING
The Philippines with its 7,107 island is reputed to have more excellent dive sites than any other country in the world. The country's best dive sites are found in the Verde Island in Batangas, Apo Reef in Mindoro, Balicasag Island in Bohol and Tubbataha Reefs in Palawan. Each site has something different to offer. Some are close to one another so that a diver can snorkel from one island to the next. For the diver who prefers luxurious and comfortable facilities, resort- based diving arrangements are available. First-class dive resorts have air-conditioned accommodations, restaurant, discos, bars, and other recreational facilities. More modestly-priced resorts have simpler accommodation with complete scuba services. Serious divers can take one of the specialized dive boats that cruises from one dive spot to another. These boats offer good accommodations and cuisine, sufficient air supply, and experienced dive masters.

SPORTSFISHING
Try sports fishing in the Philippines - it will be a totally new experience ! With a total coastline twice that of the United States, the Philippines' warm waters, measuring almost two million square kilometers of fishing grounds, ranks twelfth in world fish production. These grounds are inhabited by some 2,400 fish species, many of them of game fishing values.

Fishing is a year round-affair in the Philippines. A wide variety of game fish such as giant yellow fish tuna, tanguigue, king mackerel, great barracuda, wahoo, snapper, jacks, dolphin-fish, swordfish, Pacific sailfish and martins abound in these warm waters. Excellent fishing areas are Puerto Princesa in Palawan; Barrio San Vicente in Sta. Ana, Cagayan; and Surigao & Siargao Island in Mindanao.

TREKKING
The spectacular geography of the Philippine island challenges anyone with the slightest sense of adventure to explore this fascinating archipelago on foot, bike motorcycle, raft, or all-terrain vehicle. The natural landscape constantly exhilarates and surprises. Volcanic peaks and ridges tower above densely forested slopes providing striking contrasts of scenery and terrain. It's only when you take to the hills that you begin to discover the extraordinary richness of the flora and fauna of our islands, and the amazing diversity and cultural complexity of the native inhabitants. To hike in the mountains is to go to the roots of an ancient culture. In addition, the hiker is rewarded with stunning panorama, vigorous exercise and the satisfaction of conquering some daunting peaks.
