Tuesday

Day 01: Bangkok - Chachoengsao - Prachinburi - Kabinburi (-/L/D)

07.00: Depart from Bangkok to Chachoengsao, a city at the bank of the Bang Pa Kong River with its famous agricultural products such as mangos and jasmine rice. You will visit to Wat Bo Bangkla where you can see the large groups of bats hanging from trees during the daytime. Continue to the sugar-village, where the sugar is produced from the sugar-palms. Then proceed to Wat Chin Pracha Samosorn with its interesting sculptures and beautiful Chinese art at ceremonial hall. A walk trough the old market to see the live of the local Chinese people. After lunch visit of Wat Sothorn Wararam Woravihara with its highly respected Buddha image Luang Po Sothorn.
14:40 Depart by train for Prachinburi.
15:50 Arrival in Prachinburi, continue by minibus/bus to Kabinburi.
          
Dinner and overnight at Baan Talaymork.

Wednesday

Day 02: Kabinburi- Prasat Phnom Rung -
Khao Phra Vihan - Ubon Ratchathani (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel.
07:00 Depart to visit Prasat Phnom Rung, the 12th century hilltop monument. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon you continue to Sri Saket to visit the grand historical site “Khao Phra Viharn“ which was built during the 11th-12th century and it was ruled by the World Court that it belongs to Cambodian territory. The famous sanctuary is located more than 600 meters above ground level and offers a spectacular view of the Cambodian lowlands. After this cultural highlight, you continue to Ubon Ratchathani.

Dinner and overnight at Ubonburi Hotel.

Thursday

Day 03: Ubon Ratchathani - Pha Taem - Pakse
 /Lao - Wat Phu -Don Khong (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel.
08:30 Depart for Pataem National Park, which covers an area of 140 square kilometers. On the cliff’s surface
you will see the prehistoric paintings, dating back to 3,000 - 4,000 years ago, which reflect the ancient way of life of the people who once lived in this area. On the way, stop at “Sao Chaliang”, a natural formation of rocks in a mushroom-like shape, which consists of sea- shell, pebbles, and sand grains. Continue to “Khong Chiem” overlooking the Mae Kong
 River. Lunch at a local restaurant. After you depart for Chong Mek, the Thai-Lao border. After meeting the local guide you proceed to Champasak district and visit Wat Phou and take a picnic lunch. After lunch you continue to Done Khong Island and transfer to the hotel for check in. Rest of the day at leisure.
Dinner at local restaurant.

Overnight at Done Khong Island - Moung Khong Villa.       

Friday

Day 4: Done Khong Island - Ban Vuen Kam Khone
Phapheng - elephant riding - Pakse (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel.
You depart for Ban Vuen Kam at the Lao-Cambodian border and take a boat trip along the Maekong River, before you continue to the Khone Phapheng Waterfall. After lunch you will drive to Ban Kiet Ngong for an elephant ride through a beautiful natural scene. Continue to Pakse.
Dinner at local restaurant.

Overnight at Pakse Hotel.

Saturday

Day 05: Pakse - Airport / Siem Reap (B/L/D)

Sunday

Day 06: Siem Reap (B/L/D)

Monday

Breakfast at hotel.
You visit a floating village and take a boat trip on the Tonle Sap lake, before proceeding by car/coach to the border at Poi Pet. Lunch en route.
p.m. Arrival in Poi Pet where you process the
border formalities and cross over to
Aranyaprathet, for the transfer to Bangkok.
