A mere 20-minute drive from Chiang Rai and 8 km from the airport, the Golden Pine Resort is easily accessible and well-positioned for guests to enjoy trips to nearby, must-see destinations such as the Golden Triangle, the Opium Museum, the Mekong Region and other towns and villages along the border. Night-shopping in Chiang Rai is also not something to be missed.

From Bangkok, the resort is a 12-hour bus ride away from the Northern Mor Chit bus terminal or 1 hour flight away.

Accommodation:
Totaling 80 Deluxe Cottages, the Golden Pine's comfortably air-conditioned, Lanna-themed accommodations feature amenities which include bath with shower and tub, IDD telephone, satellite TV and a mini-bar.

Aside from a floor area measuring 42 square meters, the unique charm of each cottage is enhanced with the use of canopied beds, indigenous materials for the interiors and the views of the countryside or the resort's verdant gardens visible from an inviting veranda. King-size or twin beds are available.

The Sang Chan Coffee Shop also cooks up Thai and international dishes, to be savored within the cozy restaurant interior or the veranda, from which views of the Lanna countryside or the canopy of the night sky can be seen. Snacks and refreshments are also right at the guests' fingertips at the Pool Bar. Round-the-clock room service is available upon request.

A jacuzzi, pool,  ffitness center and spa are available as well as a conference room for up to 120 participants.
