Location:
The plot of land is located on the peninsula Koh Kiu Laem in the heart of the Som national park, momentarily only attainable from the water by boat.  A street to the fisherman village is planned (distance 1.2 km). One reaches the Laem Son National Park over the national street 4 of Ranong direction Khao Lak and Phuket. About 50 km south of Ranong you turn to the right to the picturesque, with many bays decorated, coast (7 km). One reaches the plot of land easily with the Longtailboat in about 20 minutes from the seaside. A special advantage has to be emphasized: the land is also accessible during the monsoon time in rough sea situation. From the inland side, there is a protected boat driveway through the Mangroves. After about a 200 m walk one then reaches the plot of land. 

 

Peculiarities:
The plot of land is suited very well for a Resort or Bungalow resort. If need would exist for more land, possibly the neighbouring plot of land of same size could be acquired (also with Beachfront).
